Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the general accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
- Manage the complete general ledger cycle, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month/year-end close processes.
- Oversee tax compliance and reporting using the Coretax system, ensuring timely and accurate submission of all tax returns.
- Maximize the use of SAP FI/CO module for financial reporting, cost controlling, and process automation.
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with PSAK and IFRS.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as required.
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to aid strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in general accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead capacity.
- Mandatory proven hands-on experience with the Coretax application for tax reporting.
- Mandatory strong working knowledge and configuration experience with SAP FI/CO module.
- Comprehensive understanding of PSAK and IFRS standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
