Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to enhance performance and skills
- Implement and improve accounting processes, systems, and controls
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and examinations
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support management decision-making
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- CPA license is highly preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
