Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth central kitchen operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, supplies, and raw materials.
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document management efficiently.
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and delivery personnel for order processing and invoicing.
  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational and administrative reports.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Support the kitchen management team with scheduling, attendance tracking, and staff coordination.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role; experience in the F&B or central kitchen sector is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
