Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Coordinate office communications, including answering phone calls and managing email correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal office documentation.
  • Support the team with scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and calendar management.
  • Maintain office inventory and coordinate with suppliers for the procurement of office supplies.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
