Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain confidential company documents, records, and filing systems
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple departments including HR, Finance, and Operations
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and interdepartmental communications
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence, calls, and emails professionally
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of proven administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
