Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day front office and administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist in data entry and preparation of routine office reports.
- Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory levels as required.
- Support department heads with scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks or invoice processing as instructed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Clerk or in a similar office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
