In this pivotal role, you will provide essential backend office support, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative functions. You will be the backbone of our office operations, managing documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining our high standards of service.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive backend administrative support specifically for the import and export department.
- Assist in the preparation, verification, and filing of shipping documents, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure timely processing of shipments and documentation.
- Manage and maintain accurate electronic and physical records of all trade-related correspondence, bills of lading, and cargo details.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and courier services, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, inventory management, and filing systems organization.
- Assist in resolving administrative queries and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in general administration or import/export operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with good data entry skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a professional demeanor when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
