Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office to ensure a smooth working environment.
- Handle all purchasing activities, including sourcing office supplies and negotiating with vendors to secure the best rates.
- Manage legal administration tasks, including document filing, contract management, and compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate business trips and travel logistics for company personnel, ensuring all arrangements are completed efficiently.
- Monitor the office budget and prepare regular reports on operational expenses.
- Maintain and update office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding office matters.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent work experience in General Affairs/Administration.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar General Affair or Office Administration role.
- Strong knowledge of office management procedures, procurement processes, and vendor relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both written and verbal forms.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
