PT Angkasa Megah Plasindo is seeking a highly organized and proactive General Affair (GA) Specialist to join our operations team in Tangerang. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily office and facility operations, ensuring that all physical assets, utilities, and administrative processes run seamlessly to support our business objectives.

You will act as the primary liaison between the company and external vendors, while also ensuring that our workplace remains a safe, clean, and productive environment for all employees. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain company facilities, including building repairs, electricity, water, and HVAC systems.
- Oversee company assets and conduct regular inventory checks to ensure all equipment is accounted for and functional.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for security, cleaning services, and catering.
- Handle company legal documents, permits, and licenses (OSS, building permits, etc.) to ensure full compliance with local regulations.
- Manage the procurement of office supplies, stationery, and pantry necessities while optimizing costs.
- Supervise the maintenance and scheduling of company vehicles and driver assignments.
- Prepare monthly reports regarding general affairs expenses, utility usage, and maintenance schedules.
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and environment (K3) protocols within the office premises.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Law, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in General Affairs or Facility Management.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, vendor management, and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to deal with third-party contractors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and corporate licensing procedures.
- Residing in or willing to work in the Tangerang, Banten area.
