Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the general affairs team to ensure daily store operations run smoothly
- Manage facility maintenance, security protocols, and vendor relationships
- Oversee store cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with regulations
- Coordinate logistics for inventory handling and merchandise display
- Develop and implement operational procedures for peak efficiency
- Monitor budget for facility expenses and optimize resource allocation
- Train staff on operational standards and customer service excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in retail facility management or operations leadership
