Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee comprehensive general affairs operations including facility management, office maintenance, and administrative support systems
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement processes for office supplies, equipment, and services
  • Develop and implement policies to optimize operational efficiency, cost control, and workplace safety standards
  • Supervise administrative staff through training, performance management, and workflow optimization
  • Coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, and facility renovations

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in general affairs or administration with 2+ years in leadership role
  • Proven expertise in vendor management, procurement processes, and contract administration
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and safety compliance standards
