Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily office administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate and manage office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and space utilization to provide a conducive working environment.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to expatriate staff, including visa processing, accommodation, and local integration assistance, leveraging Mandarin proficiency.
- Facilitate effective communication between local teams and Chinese-speaking management/partners, including document translation and interpretation as needed.
- Assist with company event planning and coordination, fostering a positive corporate culture.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and safety standards within the office premises.
- Manage company assets, inventory, and record-keeping with high accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in General Affairs, Office Management, or a similar administrative role, preferably in a multinational company.
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) is a mandatory requirement.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken). English proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of local regulations concerning business operations and expatriate management is a plus.
