Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and manage daily office administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate and manage office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and space utilization to provide a conducive working environment.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to expatriate staff, including visa processing, accommodation, and local integration assistance, leveraging Mandarin proficiency.
  • Facilitate effective communication between local teams and Chinese-speaking management/partners, including document translation and interpretation as needed.
  • Assist with company event planning and coordination, fostering a positive corporate culture.
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations and safety standards within the office premises.
  • Manage company assets, inventory, and record-keeping with high accuracy.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in General Affairs, Office Management, or a similar administrative role, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) is a mandatory requirement.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken). English proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of local regulations concerning business operations and expatriate management is a plus.
