As a General Affair Staff, you will be the backbone of our operational support systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our day-to-day business activities run seamlessly by managing facility maintenance, vendor relations, and administrative office operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise office facility maintenance, including building repairs and utilities management.
- Manage relationships and contracts with external vendors and third-party service providers.
- Oversee the procurement of office supplies and operational assets to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Handle corporate permits, licenses, and official documentation in compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, safety, and security standards of the company premises.
- Organize logistical support for company events, meetings, and internal workshops.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in General Affairs, Building Management, or Office Operations.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to operational excellence.
- Willingness to be based in Bandung, Jawa Barat.
