Canara Group is a fast-growing F&B hospitality company managing a diverse portfolio of beloved brands including The Coffee & Kitchen, Tana Java Coffee, Wie Tiam Kopi, Kebab Company, and 12 Oz Coffee. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and proactive General Affair & Technician to join our operations team in Jakarta Pusat.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring that all our outlets and facilities function at peak performance, maintaining the high standards our customers expect. If you are a problem-solver with a strong background in facility maintenance, electrical systems, and general operational support, we want to meet you.
You will play a critical role in preventative maintenance, facility management, and ensuring a safe, efficient working environment across our various outlets. This position offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same, and your technical expertise will directly impact our business growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems across all outlet locations.
- Coordinate with vendors for major repairs and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Handle general facility repairs, including lighting, furniture, and building infrastructure.
- Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
- Ensure all facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot technical issues on-site.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and provide reports to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facility maintenance or as a technician, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills in electricity and general building repairs.
- Willing to travel between multiple outlet locations in the Jakarta area.
- Proactive attitude, detail-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Ability to work on a contract basis with high professional integrity.
- Possession of a valid driving license (SIM A/C) is highly preferred.
