Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily administrative duties including document filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
  • Handle license renewals and ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office supplies, equipment, and maintenance services.
  • Facilitate external communication and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Assist in organizing office events and maintaining a tidy, professional workspace environment.
  • Support the General Manager and senior management with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
  • Monitor office facilities and troubleshoot minor maintenance issues promptly.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in any related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in General Affairs or Administration roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task execution.
