Kamaya Electric is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented General Affairs Executive to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our human resources functions, with a specialized focus on the employment lifecycle of foreign workers. Your expertise will ensure strict compliance with Malaysian immigration regulations, seamless visa renewals, and the welfare of our international workforce.
This position requires a professional who can navigate complex administrative processes while maintaining a high standard of organizational efficiency. You will serve as the primary point of contact for documentation management and regulatory adherence, playing a crucial role in maintaining our company’s reputation and operational continuity.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full employment lifecycle for foreign workers, ensuring strict compliance with all Malaysian immigration laws and regulations.
- Oversee the application, renewal, and processing of work permits and visas for all international staff members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including passports, visas, contracts, and medical reports.
- Coordinate welfare activities and support services to ensure the well-being and comfort of foreign employees.
- Monitor foreign worker quotas and ensure timely submission of mandatory government reports.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new foreign hires.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and managing office correspondence.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in HR administration, specifically regarding foreign worker management.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian immigration laws, labor acts, and work permit procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in document management and compliance.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management software.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a regulated environment.
