Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including facility maintenance, cleaning services, and supply procurement.
- Monitor and maintain office infrastructure, ensuring a safe and productive environment for all employees.
- Provide front-line technical support for IT hardware, office software, and network connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party contractors for equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Manage company asset inventory, tracking movement and ensuring equipment longevity.
- Oversee office security and administrative documentation to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the implementation of new digital systems or office technology upgrades as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in General Affairs, Office Administration, or IT Support roles.
- Strong technical proficiency in troubleshooting PC hardware, printers, and LAN/Wi-Fi networking.
- Ability to multitask effectively while managing office operational priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assist staff with technical difficulties.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic administrative software.
- Understanding of Islamic banking principles is a significant advantage.
