Kokai Indo Abadi is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented General Affairs Maintenance Staff to ensure our facility operations run at peak performance. In this role, you will be the backbone of our building maintenance, overseeing everything from HVAC systems to electrical and plumbing infrastructure.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily maintenance tasks for building facilities, including structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC units to ensure optimal climate control.
- Manage plumbing repairs and maintenance to ensure efficient water and waste systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues promptly.
- Supervise third-party vendors and contractors performing specialized maintenance or repairs on-site.
- Monitor and record utility usage and maintenance schedules for audit purposes.
- Maintain building safety standards and ensure all facility equipment is functioning according to company protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Staff, Facility Technician, or in a similar General Affairs role.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
- Hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting is highly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints or facility schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Physical capability to perform on-site repairs and maintenance duties as required.
