Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily office facility management and maintenance coordination
- Coordinate Mandarin-speaking client/vendor communications and negotiations
- Manage procurement processes and inventory control systems
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations (BPJS) and company policies
- Organize corporate events and meetings including logistics planning
- Handle office supply procurement and equipment maintenance scheduling
- Manage transportation arrangements and logistics for staff operations
Kualifikasi
- Native Mandarin fluency with professional Bahasa Indonesia proficiency
- Minimum 2 years experience in general affairs or administrative roles
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations (BPJS) implementation
- Strong organizational skills with attention to operational details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with vendor management and procurement processes
