Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee facility maintenance, office security, and environmental compliance
- Manage administrative processes including document control and record management
- Coordinate operational vehicle scheduling, maintenance, and logistics
- Procure and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor contracts
- Plan and execute company events, meetings, and facility renovations
- Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures
- Monitor budget allocations for facilities and operational expenses
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general affairs or administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in office management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
