Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and facility services to ensure optimal working conditions
- Manage vendor relationships for procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services
- Oversee administrative tasks including mail processing, document management, and inventory control
- Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision
- Implement and maintain office security protocols and safety procedures
- Support HR functions with onboarding documentation and office logistics
- Monitor utility consumption and coordinate facility-related contract renewals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general affairs or administrative support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and office compliance standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively
