Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including vendor sourcing, RFQ issuance, and contract negotiations
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery
- Oversee office facilities management including maintenance coordination, security protocols, and asset inventory
- Coordinate administrative operations including document management, logistics support, and office supply chain
- Implement and optimize purchasing policies and procedures to maximize operational efficiency
- Monitor budget compliance for procurement and operational expenses
- Manage vendor performance evaluation and relationship improvement initiatives
- Coordinate cross-departmental operational support for manufacturing and logistics teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and general affairs within manufacturing/logistics
- Strong negotiation skills with proven vendor management experience
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite (Excel, SAP, ERP systems)
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance standards
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in office facilities management and asset control
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
