Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for office supplies, equipment, and services
- Oversee vendor relationships, negotiations, and contract renewals
- Coordinate office facility maintenance, security, and space optimization
- Plan and execute corporate events, meetings, and team activities
- Monitor inventory systems and asset management procedures
- Support cross-departmental administrative requests and operational needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general affairs or administrative roles
- Strong vendor management and procurement negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and inventory management software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
