We are seeking a dynamic General Affairs Specialist to join our growing team at PT Lami Packaging Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining our company's infrastructure, ensuring seamless support services, and managing critical administrative functions that enable daily operations. You will oversee facility management, vendor relationships, and workplace safety protocols while supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills and fluency in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain office facilities, equipment, and utilities to ensure optimal working conditions
- Coordinate vendor contracts, maintenance services, and facility-related repairs
- Oversee administrative functions including mail handling, document management, and office supply inventory
- Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
- Support employee onboarding and workplace culture initiatives
- Manage general affairs budgets and expense reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general affairs, administration, or facility management
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing vendor relationships and service contracts
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and safety standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software
