Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office facilities, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and logistical support for staff/visitors
  • Organize office events, meetings, and administrative documentation
  • Oversee office supply inventory and procurement processes
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Handle correspondence, filing, and confidential document management
  • Support HR recruitment activities as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 preferred) in Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years experience in general affairs or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
  • Basic knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (BPJS)
