Key Responsibilities
- Manage office facilities, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and logistical support for staff/visitors
- Organize office events, meetings, and administrative documentation
- Oversee office supply inventory and procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Handle correspondence, filing, and confidential document management
- Support HR recruitment activities as needed
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 preferred) in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years experience in general affairs or administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (BPJS)
