We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our financial planning and administration functions in Jakarta Pusat. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and the accuracy of our financial reporting within our General Affairs department.
Your primary focus will be the end-to-end management of the budgeting process. You will be responsible for preparing annual and monthly budgets, monitoring ongoing expenditures, and tracking financial performance. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to analyzing budget variances between actual results and projected figures, providing clear, data-driven explanations to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain the annual operating budget in strict alignment with company goals and strategic plans.
- Monitor daily and monthly budget execution by comparing actual spending against the approved budget.
- Analyze budget variances (Actual vs. Pro Forma) and prepare comprehensive variance reports for management review.
- Track expenditures across various General Affairs categories to ensure strict cost control and compliance.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast future financial needs and approve necessary budget adjustments.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes specifically related to budget reconciliation.
- Ensure all financial documentation and records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in budgeting, financial planning, or General Affairs administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present it clearly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure banking environment.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all financial reporting tasks.
