Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular stock count verifications and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Maintain and audit stock records to ensure 100% accuracy
- Validate operational compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support internal audits by gathering documentation and evidence
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvement strategies
- Prepare detailed audit reports for management review
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to resolve inventory issues
- Monitor adherence to financial controls and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in internal auditing or inventory control
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Understanding of Indonesian accounting standards
