Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages
- Maintain and organize filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy document retrieval
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry and document preparation
- Answer and redirect phone calls, taking messages and providing general information to callers
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings across different teams
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office applications
- Support inventory management and office supply procurement activities
- Perform other general clerical and administrative duties as assigned by supervisors
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; additional certifications in administration are advantageous
- Prior experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and document handling
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a busy office setting
