Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document scanning.
- Maintain and update internal database records with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and other office documentation.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and monitor procurement needs.
- Support the HR and Operations teams with ad-hoc administrative projects as required.
- Ensure a clean and organized office environment to facilitate productive workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent command of written and spoken Malay and English.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
