Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate office documentation and filing systems
- Process and distribute incoming/outgoing correspondence and mail
- Perform data entry and maintain digital/physical records
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and procurement
- Support staff with administrative tasks including scheduling and travel arrangements
- Handle basic bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
