Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate office records and filing systems
- Process incoming/outgoing communications including emails, calls, and mail
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain digital documentation
- Prepare routine reports, correspondence, and administrative documents
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and procurement
- Support cross-departmental administrative functions as needed
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year clerical or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures
