Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Merchandising Department with daily administrative and clerical tasks.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for merchandising records, invoices, and delivery orders.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of documentation.
- Input and update data into company systems with high precision.
- Prepare routine reports and correspondence for management review.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate documentation for procurement processes.
- Support the team in inventory tracking and administrative coordination.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Business Administration or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and data integrity.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new merchandising software and processes.
