In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of site operations, ensuring that all construction activities meet strict quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. As a supervisor, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and project management, coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and site labor to deliver excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction and electrical installation activities on-site to ensure adherence to blueprints and technical specifications.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols (K3) to maintain a hazard-free working environment for all personnel.
- Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and laborers to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure all work complies with Indonesian building codes and industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders regarding site status, reports, and technical requirements.
- Manage site inventory, equipment maintenance, and material procurement as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a General Contractor Supervisor or Site Supervisor in construction and electrical fields.
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience specifically with Data Center construction or high-standard commercial building projects is highly preferred.
- Valid Driver's License (SIM A and SIM B1).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with construction management software and basic CAD reading skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing project requirements.
