- Supervise overall construction site operations and daily workforce activities
- Coordinate manpower allocation and ensure efficient task distribution
- Monitor project progress and maintain adherence to established schedules
- Enforce strict quality control standards and safety protocols
- Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions
- Manage material resources and equipment allocation
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Resolve on-site conflicts and coordinate with project stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction supervision roles
- Proven track record in managing construction sites and teams
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Certification in occupational safety (e.g., OSHA) preferred
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willingness to work in Quezon City and surrounding areas
