Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial records.
- Process monthly journal entries and perform detailed bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of statutory reports and tax filings.
- Monitor and investigate variances between budgeted and actual figures.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control procedures.
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve financial discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related professional qualification.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in General Ledger accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero).
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine tax laws and auditing standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
