Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and post daily journal entries to the general ledger accurately and within deadlines.
- Perform comprehensive reconciliations of bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict compliance with Philippine GAAP.
- Conduct variance analysis and assist in the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Ensure all financial records, supporting schedules, and footnotes are properly documented and securely stored.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and provide financial insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in General Ledger or Financial Accounting.
- CPA license is a distinct advantage but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Strong understanding of Philippine tax laws, financial regulations, and internal controls.
