Tanggung Jawab
- Process and maintain general ledger accounts for assigned clients with exceptional accuracy
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations across multiple entities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and client-specific accounting policies
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and explanations
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records through systematic investigation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial analysis and reporting initiatives
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in general ledger operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general ledger accounting or financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS principles and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical precision
- Certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are highly desirable
