As a General Ledger Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our financial records and supporting our business growth. You will work closely with regional finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with global standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the General Ledger (GL) accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Perform monthly and year-end closing procedures, including preparing trial balances and financial statements.
- Conduct detailed bank reconciliations and intercompany account reconciliations.
- Oversee fixed asset management, including tracking depreciation and disposals.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with local GAAP and internal financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial queries and support operational decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in General Ledger accounting within a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Singapore financial reporting standards (MAS) and IFRS.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
