Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in financial records
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and resolve issues
- Support external audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in general ledger accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and time management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
