Your day-to-day activities will involve maintaining the integrity of the General Ledger, performing complex account reconciliations, and preparing detailed monthly financial statements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our financial data is not only accurate but also provides valuable insights for business decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the General Ledger accounts, ensuring all journal entries are accurate, complete, and posted in a timely manner.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly account reconciliations for various accounts to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, trial balances, and other regulatory reports for management review.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all deadlines are met efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Collaborate with auditors during external audits and prepare necessary schedules and documentation.
- Monitor and analyze budget versus actual variances to provide insights to the finance team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in General Ledger accounting and financial reporting.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or relevant accounting certification is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members in a professional environment.
