Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and manage the full cycle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes efficiently.
- Perform comprehensive balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Conduct deep-dive account analysis to ensure financial data accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring all transactions are properly documented and supported.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and improve reporting workflows.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage depreciation schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial reports for management review.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline accounting processes and improve internal controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related Finance field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in General Accounting or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or IFRS.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Xero, or QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote/work-from-home environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- CPA license is a significant advantage but not strictly required.
