Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support management decision-making.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure strict compliance with PFRS/IFRS, internal controls, and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during periodic audits and reviews.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a closely related field.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in general ledger accounting, preferably in a corporate or shared services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and general accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• CPA license or working towards it is a plus.
