Capgemini is seeking a dedicated and experienced General Ledger Process Lead to oversee the financial integrity of our operations in Manila. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the general ledger, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires leading a team of accounting specialists through the monthly and annual close cycles, identifying process improvements, and implementing robust internal controls. You will also be tasked with preparing complex reconciliations and ensuring data integrity across our financial systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the monthly and year-end general ledger closing process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data through rigorous reconciliation of accounts.
- Oversee and mentor a team of accounting staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Implement and improve accounting processes and internal controls to mitigate risk.
- Prepare and review complex financial statements and management reports.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding financial performance and process changes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in General Ledger accounting.
- Experience in a multinational or professional services environment.
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
