Tanggung Jawab
- Process and maintain accurate general ledger entries in accordance with accounting standards and company policies
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and adjustments
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct account reconciliations for balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation for audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data collection and processing
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity
- Identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general ledger processing or accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
