Tanggung Jawab
- Record and reconcile complex financial transactions in the general ledger with precision and timeliness
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS), statutory requirements, and internal controls
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage account reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations
- Implement and maintain robust accounting policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in general ledger accounting or similar finance role
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
