Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
- Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and adjustments.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of supporting schedules.
- Analyze financial statements and reports to identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper coding and documentation of transactions.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general ledger accounting or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS or Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) and advanced Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
