Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain general ledger accounts with precise journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Support external and internal audits by providing documentation and financial evidence
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis to inform financial decision-making
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets
- Research and resolve accounting discrepancies through detailed investigation
- Collaborate with AP/AR teams to ensure seamless financial workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of general ledger management experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Philippine Accounting Standards
- Experience with healthcare industry financial reporting preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation a plus
