Join GUS Education's dynamic finance team as a General Ledger Supervisor and take charge of financial excellence across multiple educational institutions. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end general ledger operations and drive seamless financial close processes in a mission-driven environment. You'll ensure the integrity of financial data while supporting the strategic goals of our university partners through accurate reporting and compliance management. As a key player in our finance division, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows and implement best practices that elevate our service delivery to higher education institutions nationwide.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes for multiple university clients
- Supervise and mentor a team of accountants to ensure accurate and timely general ledger maintenance
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and account analyses to guarantee financial accuracy
- Develop and implement accounting policies compliant with IFRS and Philippine GAAP
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reporting packages
- Coordinate external audits and resolve audit findings efficiently
- Optimize financial systems and processes to enhance reporting capabilities
Kualifikasi
- CPA license is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in general ledger management and financial close
- Proven supervisory experience leading accounting teams
- Strong expertise in IFRS and Philippine GAAP standards
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
