Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs of building systems including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- Conduct daily inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and equipment servicing
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment ordering
- Ensure all safety protocols and compliance standards are maintained across facilities
- Assist with event setup and breakdown requiring technical support
- Document maintenance activities and prepare regular status reports
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general maintenance or facilities management
- Basic certification in plumbing, electrical work, or HVAC systems preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills
- Physical capability to perform manual labor and work in various conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Flexibility to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays as needed
