- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive long-term growth and sustainable revenue.
- Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and high service standards across all departments.
- Lead and mentor department heads in marketing, sales, and events to align with corporate objectives.
- Manage full P&L accountability, ensuring strict adherence to budgets and financial targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to capture new business opportunities in the Central Region.
- Optimize internal processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.
- Represent the company in high-level stakeholder meetings, partnerships, and brand-building initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in a General Management or Executive role.
- Strong background in commercial strategy, with specific expertise in marketing and sales growth.
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams and cultivate a high-performance organizational culture.
- Deep understanding of the Singapore market landscape, particularly in the premium retail or hospitality sector.
- Excellent financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
